Overview
Efficient group and depositing module for sausages in alginate, natural or collagen casing. For depositing groups of sausages on conveyor belts such as freezer or oven belts. Mechanically linked to the sausage line, the LG336 forms groups of sausages, which are then deposited onto a conveyor belt. First, last and incorrect ports (uncut, burst) are rejected.
The number of sausages to be deposited in a row can be reselected and depends on the length of the group belt and the pitch of the carrier as well as on the width of the customer’s depositing belt. The feeding, grouping and depositing module is suitable for depositing on belts from 600 mm to 1200 mm width.
