Vemag Australia and New Zealand has a team of highly trained service technicians available across all locations within Australia and New Zealand. You will have at your disposal, technical support from food industry specialists to obtain minimum production down time and the back of our Spare Parts Department.

 

Our team of Service Technicians, regularly attend training courses provided by our industry leading suppliers to ensure they are kept up to date and in the forefront of the latest technology.  

Also available, is training sessions in our fully operational Customer Centre equipped with a variety of machines for our customers to test with their own types of products. 

 

Our Service Directors, can provide you with one off maintenance servicing or service contracts, tailored to your specifications. 

 

The Service Contracts feature:

  • Fixed-Priced Servicing

  • Various preventive maintenance plans of your machine by our highly skilled, service engineers including original spare parts and eliminations of faults . 

One-Off Maintenance Service features:

  • One-off checking of the machine for customers without a maintenance contract

  • Preventive maintenance, product training, site production support and shift cover

  • Listing of spare parts and parts subject to wear required as well as of parts which may be required at a subsequent assembly point

 

Our team of technicians, specialize in; 

  • Elimination of Faults

  • Repairs and Maintenance 

  • Installation of new machines and/or relocation

  • Customer training including operators and maintenance
