K20

The powerful Table Cutter K 20 has a bowl content of 20 l. It provides reliable and representative results and is, therefore, perfectly suited as a test machine for laboratories and for institutional and large-scale kitchens. As a standard, the machine is equipped with a Rasant-drive with 2 knife and 2 bowl speeds. A digital temperature display and the electrical cabinet are integrated into the machine.

Optionally, the K 20 can be equipped with an AC-6-drive or an AC-8-drive, being equipped with a Command 500 and a separate control cabinet in both cases. The K 20 AC-6 has 6 variable speeds forward. The knives and the bowl are driven by the same motor i.e., increased knife speed leads to a higher bowl speed. The K 20 AC-8 has 6 variable forward speeds and 2 variable backwards speeds. Because two independent motors drive the knives and the bowl, an increase of the knife speeds is possible without changing the bowl speed, and vice versa.
