Overview
The combination of the HP1 vacuum filler and variably interchangeable attachments enables the production of a wide range of meat and sausage products. The HP1 continuously supplies the modular attachments with the mass. Thanks to the special feeding technology, it can portion various masses with different consistencies and viscosities gently and weight accurately.
The HP1 is an extremely reliable and robust machine and the perfect partner both for the daily linking of sausage products and for the exact dosing and portioning of various masses.
For each HP1 a housing, a double screw and a filling horn holder must be selected.
