A versatile, double-screw filler and portioner that’s perfect for linking sausages, portioning soft and firm masses, and achieving weight-accurate results.

Built for small to medium batches, this vacuum filler delivers highly accurate portioning – from 1 g to over 1,000 g – making it ideal for butcheries, smallgoods, and specialty producers.

This high-speed loader system can handle up to 300 portions per minute, filling burgers, sliders, meatballs and more into a wide variety of trays.

AML273 Meatball / Sausage Loader

Automatically forms meatballs, croquettes or skinless sausages and loads them into trays — reducing manual handling and improving line efficiency.
