The VARIOVAC Linus 1100 is a versatile, fully automatic inline tray sealer for medium- and high-volume production. Its versatility, ease of use and reliability are winning factors. It can be adapted to your production requirements at any time and is suitable for high-quality packaging of fresh meat, sausages, frozen foods, convenience food and baked goods.
Almost all types of sealable trays – PP, PE, PET, PS, aluminium – can be processed on the Linus 1100. Depending on the application, the trays are simply sealed or the products are packaged using protective gas or skin.
