The filling table FT722 automates work steps in bakeries, industrial kitchens and catering business. Doughs are precisely portioned onto trays and masses are automatically filled into baking tins and jars.
Various cookie doughs, batters, desserts, fillings and creams or even gluten-free doughs can be processed.
By using the table, it is possible to reduce the number of work steps. During the application, the baking tray is automatically moved and loaded in the X and Y directions. Thanks to the patented solution, the tray is always positioned correctly. This means that cookies or other backed goods can be optimally placed onto the tray. The table can also accommodate various baking tins or devices for jars, which are then filled automatically.
