914 Press

Ross Meat Presses uniformly shape tempered and crust-frozen products using a "double ram" press action that evenly fills the mold cavity and squares product ends, allowing you to maximize slice yields and increase production.
  • Adjustable pressure and dwell controls ensure that exact product shape parameters are obtained.
  • Unique forming system (using hydraulic mineral oil) assures accurate and consistent performance, cycle after cycle.
  • Choose from hundreds of available product molds or we will custom build to your specifications.
  • Press molds can be easily and quickly interchanged.
  • Couple a Ross 914 Press with a Ross 950 Slicer (matching chutes and molds) to create consistent, quality portions.
