Separating out particles of bone, rind, sinew and other hard constituents (e.g. possible foreign components) during grinding. Increase in the value of raw materials (e.g. poultry containing bone) by reliable separation.

Reproducible separating results by means of PC-aided yield control. Separation process independent of manual intervention by the operator.
