Adjustable linking head to adapt the linking horn length to the product: minimum smearing, maximum shirred length. Linking speed can be adapted to the type of casing. Hanging machine AH 204 and cutting machine TM 203 to be integrated. Sausage grinder 980 or separation grinder 982 to be integrated. Optional: casing applier for natural casings, end detection for natural casings, casing magazine for artificial casings. Compatible with all filling machines from the current range.

Operation

Movable changing table for simple and quick change of casings. Quick change of divider belts (changing time < 1 min.). Controlled by the portioning computer of the filling machine.

Hygiene

Completely made of stainless steel and plastic approved for contact with foodstuffs. Machine housing without gaps or compartments. Smooth faces. Simply cleaning with low-pressure equipment.
