Kebab line - Line for producing kebab segments.
  • Portioning and shaping of varying weights and diameters of kebab

Up to 89 different kebabs can be programmed. Up to 25 different segments for a kebab. Portion size 290 - 2.200 g. Number of segments can be adapted to the number of people at the discharge station.

Hygiene

Entirely made of stainless steel or plastics approved for contact with foodstuffs. Can be cleaned with low-pressure cleaning equipment.
