Simple input of setting values via 10 keys or scrolling up and down via arrow keys. 99 programs to be stored. Clear-text display to be selected in different languages with product name for any program. Maintenance interval indication and functional diagnosis in the PC. All operating elements within the operator's sight.

Hygiene

Completely made of stainless steel. Encapsulated machine housing. Special flour filter. Simply cleaning with low-pressure equipment.
