Maturing, drying and smoking of Salami and raw cured meats is realized with the CLIMAMAT STARŪ. It is the right tool for controlling processes reliably and reproducibly.The methods of patented automatic fresh air and circulating air are used.

- CLIMAMAT STAR® ECO is an extension of the tried and tested CLIMAMAT STAR® system. It gives you the option of processing products at higher temperatures and of cooling them in the same installation following the maturing process.
- CLIMAMAT STAR® PLUS extension of the CLIMAMAT STAR® system. It has an additional central fresh air conditioning unit which cools and removes moisture from the air.
- CLIMAMAT STAR® TWIN is the reliable tool for precision-weight maturing of short matured and small-calbire raw sausage.
