Liquid Smoke System
VEMAG’s Liquid Smoke System is based on TARBER technology. It is a high-performance system for supplying even the largest smoking chambers with a precisely metered quantity of liquid smoke. A liquid smoke concentrate is mixed into the circulating air flow with compressed air from dual-material nozzles.
